Bring Your Own Bundles

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Bring Your Own Bundles (BYOB) means supply your own bundles AND lace that you have purchased to get customized for a glue-less wig. This includes full wig construction on the sewing machine and all wigs will come with bleached/toned knots, plucking, baby hairs (if you would like), adjustable elastic band, inside clips, and styling (either straight, crimps, or pin curls).  Please provide styling details in the comments section at checkout.We will reach out if any issues arise. 

After purchasing, you will receive an email on where to ship your hair within 24-48 hours.

Please make sure you specify your name and order number inside the packaging. You can also include how you want your wig styled for verification measures and to ensure your wig is done how you would like!

Wigs take 5-10 business days to be completed. Wig creation processing time begins once Coco Stylez has received your hair. A minimum of one closure and three bundles are required for lengths 20” and up. For lengths under 16” you may provide 2 bundles.  

Lace must be new. If your bringing used bundles any excess thread must be removed and the hair must be freshly washed, detangled and completely dry.  Overly cut tracks will not be accepted. 

Please note: Coco Stylez does not perform any coloring services on hair that is not purchased from the business. Meaning, for BYOB we are only constructing and styling the wig. This is to protect the integrity of the business in the event we receive bad quality hair that cannot stand the chemical processing that comes from bleaching/colouring.

How to measure your head:

Below is a guide to assist you with getting your head measurements. Your head measurements are very important! Receiving accurate measurements ensures that we can create your unit with the perfect fit ! 

CUSTOM MEASUREMENTS ONLY APPLY TO CUSTOM MADE WIGS & BYOB ORDERS

✨The first step in accurately measuring your head is prepping your hair. Your natural hair needs to be in the same state you plan on wearing it under your unit. Units lay flattest when the hair is braided into smaller (8-10), fresh cornrows. If that isn't possible, slick you hair back smoothly or into a ponytail and cover with a wig cap. Essentially your real hair needs to be as flat as possible when taking your measurements. 

✨What measurements do I need to take?
There are 6 measurements needed in order to provide the best fit of your unit:
1. Circumference, 2. Front to nape, 3. Ear to ear (over top), 4. Temple to temple (around the back), 5. Nape of neck. We recommend taking these measurements at least 2 times to ensure they are accurately submitted.
