Shipping policy

All orders placed on the website are subject to a 10-15 business day processing window prior to shipment. Once shipped here are the approximate delivery times based on your location:

Domestic 3-5 business days

International 5-7 business days 

When your order is shipped out you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. We ship through Canada Post. All packages require signature upon delivery. You are responsible for picking up your package if not home to sign for it. If for any reason your package is returned, you are responsible for the shipping fee to resend the package.
