Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

We color each wig and construct all our wigs. No wigs are premades. Please make sure you have chosen your proper head measurements. There is a possibility the colors of wigs will not be EXACTLY like the picture but we will get colors as close as possible.

By completing your order, you are confirming that you understand this policy and you will not file a dispute for your order. If there is an issue with your order, you can contact our email and we will be happy to assist you. If purchasing a virtual product, you give up all rights to a dispute because of immediate electronic delivery after purchase.

We are not responsible for shipping issues. After your order is shipped, we are not liable for any lost or stolen packages. If you have an issue with your shipment, you must contact the carrier.

By purchasing from CocoStylez you are confirming that you are the customer and card holder of the purchase and you authorize purchase as well.
